What are the Main Meal Heating Instructions?

 

  1. Place the meal pouch in boiling water for 2 minutes (250g)
  2. Lift the pouch out of the water
  3. Tear the top open, stir
  4. Pour onto a plate with your mashed potato or rice or eat straight out of the pouch
  5. Use leftover water to make your potatoes or rice, for a brew or dishwashing
  6. You can eat the food cold in an emergency but we recommend hot for maximum enjoyment

What is the Shelf Life of your Products?

The current Best Before date is listed at the top of each product page. Should you require a longer best before please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

The 24 Hour Food Packs have the Best Before date listed on the outside of the pack. Note that some products have a PKD date which is the date of production. The Best Before date that is listed on the outside sleeve covers all products.

When a common allergen, such as wheat or gluten, is present all of our products are adequately labeled. As per the NZ labeling requirements, we can not label our products as gluten, egg or dairy free, but, we hope it is helpful to inform you which products do contain these ingredients.
